I wanted to share in case anyone followed me for fics, after posting the link, I felt deeply uncomfortable with the comments and entitlement I was getting. Not to mention, an author I know was on there, expressed that they wished their locked fics to stay locked.

Writers have been a staple of fandom spaces since their beginning. If you want to know the history of fan fiction, I’m working on a project I can share later.
The least we can do is respect their wishes when they ask us not to share.

every time AO3 goes down it's made evidently clear how much ppl need fic writers but don't show up for them.

When AO3 returns:
-Leave kudos on stories that made you smile/cry/laugh
-Comment on ones that ended months/years ago
-Share links of your favorites, and tag the author so they can see it!
-Don't forget how you felt today when you're tempted to rate someone's free piece of art💙

Do you need some thing to read right now???
I gotchu right here. Support a charity and a bunch of contributors and get a digital zine/merch that is all about Midoriya-sensei.
TAKE TWO! 🎬 Listen up!! Sign-in is no longer required because we’ve officially revamped our Google Form.
Wanna know what else could be behind our beloved Midoriya-Sensei's shocked expression? Keep reading! ✨#BNHA #ProHeroDeku #IzukuMidoriya

As a writer, I acknowledge that my fics are downloadable and therefore spreadable using Ao3. I just don’t think it’s asking much for people to return to Ao3 & leave a kudos if they enjoyed the fic. Especially since so many of y’all act like you can’t go an entire day without it.
