It may not look like much - but this is a test suite running CPython on iOS… that is loading it’s standard library from binary modules. There’s still some things to sort out, but binary extension module support for iOS is getting *really* close.

More macOS progress: Briefcase can now create Universal2 binaries for macOS! PyPI support for universal2 is still a work in progress, but Toga (and other pure Python libraries) work great! An official release containing this update will be landing soon.

We’re getting really close: TravelTips is almost ready to go to the Android Play Store! This will be the first BeeWare app, running Python, using native widgets, on an Android store! (Thanks to @asheeshlaroia for his ongoing efforts on this project)

Behind the scenes, Podium slide decks are Markdown, which means you can keep them in version control, and rendering code samples is *really* easy. Decks support speaker notes, and every deck automatically gets a test pattern slide so you can test the AV setup.
