If a person is so drunk that they are incapacitated, then and only then are they legally not able to consent. This however does not appear to be the case with Cornell. So the timeline: 1) Jane gets drunk at her sorority house 2) Jane bar hops, has a couple more drinks 3) Jane walks to the frat house looking to have drunk sex with at least one of the guys 4) Jane verbally agrees to multiple threesomes and chooses to illegally consume a schedule 3 controlled substance multiple times (why?) 5) Jane leaves and wants to come back to do it again with 2 of the guys 6) Jane's sorority finds out what she did and slut shames her. 7) She is ashamed and horrified that people found out what she did (note* she's not ashamed it happened...she's ashamed people found out and are slut shaming her). 8) The frat tells Jane she is welcome at the house and she is very happy... planning on going to the Halloween party 9) The frat president decides Jane is a safety hazard to the frat and disinvites her from the upcoming Halloween party that she was looking forward to attending. 10) Jane's Sorority sisters convince her to claim she was raped, to protect their reputation. 11) Jane reports to campus authorities that she was raped (not an official police report, no penalty for lying) 12) Jane files police report claiming multiple consensual sexual activity, and consensual drug use... specifically does not claim rape in her official written police report. (Only here - penalty for filing a false police report is a felony, so she tells the truth)

This morning's opening trade long (9:30-9:45am) was a loser -1 R The 8:35-8:40am trade short (swept the 6:50am high) would have been a winner (had i been at my desk). I got home late from dropping my kid at school, so I haven't personally placed a trade yet. However, it's valuable to recognize the loss would have happened. That's why we size positions to endure 10 losses in a row, and always respect the stop.

The Quantum Inverse pattern occurred between 7-8am today. If you missed it (like I did because I was taking care of my kids at the time) then the only options 1) wait for some other pattern (there are lots of other ways to trade...just not as high probability) 2) close the screen and come back tomorrow.
