🚨#BREAKING: A mother is speaking out after a doctor in Arizona will face NO CRIMINAL CHARGES after he pronounced her 18-month-old baby as DECEASED and left him in a freezing hospital morgue for FIVE AND A HALF HOURS...
...BUT HER BABY WAS STILL ALIVE.
Baby Vincent was pulled from a backyard pool where doctors at Mercy Gilbert worked on him, and at 6:20 p.m., Dr. Aryan Toosi pronounced him de*d.
His parents said goodbye to their baby.
...but then a nurse said, "I have a pulse."
Police officers standing there heard the baby GASP.
Not once. Multiple times over the course of an hour.
And when an officer tried to tell the doctor the child might still be alive?
Per the report, the doctor "arrogantly" told him:
"I'm the doctor. I have the medical degree. I went to medical school for a reason. Let me do my thing."
So they put that living, breathing baby in the "cold room" morgue!!!!!
The room is kept at 36 degrees.
And there he stayed... FOR FIVE AND A HALF HOURS.
It wasn't until the medical examiner's transport team who showed up near MIDNIGHT to move a "body" and found the baby STILL BREATHING.
Little baby Vincent ended up surviving.
But sadly, he suffered serious brain damage, and his family says he'll need care for the rest of his life.
A baby was left to freeze in a morgue while he was still alive... because a doctor was too arrogant to listen to a nurse and 2 police officers.
And as of right now, that doctor faces NO criminal charges.

🚨THIS IS JUDGE MAGGIE SCOTT
She let child rapist Daniel Cieslak — who pleaded GUILTY to raping a 12-YEAR-OLD girl — WALK FREE from her courtroom with an ABSOLUTE DISCHARGE. No jail. No real punishment. She said there was “no public interest” in punishing him because he thought the girl looked older and “willingly participated.”
But wait — it gets worse.
This same judge previously sparked outrage by praising Algerian rapist Hamadache Hamza while sentencing him. Hamza brutally raped a woman over an entire weekend. Yet Lady Scott gave him “credit” for overcoming his “very difficult background” in Algeria to settle in Britain and open a hairdressing business.
This is what happens when judges care more about a predator’s “background” and “success” than protecting innocent children and women.
Judges like this are why victims are re-traumatized and criminals laugh. We need real justice — tough judges who put victims first and predators behind bars where they belong.

Greatness!
When his mother was pregnant, the older boy in the family had one request about the baby.
He wanted him named after a cartoon character.
Specifically the fast kid from The Incredibles.
Then the baby came and the doctor said he dashed right out, and that settled it.
So Noah Fifita, who is now the starting quarterback at Arizona and the leading passer in the history of that school, is the reason his brother is named Dash.
Dash Fifita is a true freshman linebacker on that same team.
Last week Pro Football Focus graded him the best true freshman in the Power Four. An 89.5. Nobody else was above 80.
He is on his brother's team, in his brother's locker room, at his brother's school.
In training camp this August, Noah threw an interception and Dash is the one who caught it.
Here is the rest of him.
He is 5 foot 10 and 185 pounds, which is the same problem his brother has always had. He started high school at Mater Dei, then transferred to Santa Margarita Catholic, where the head coach is Carson Palmer.
As a junior he had 100 tackles, 11 for loss and three and a half sacks, and was named co-Defensive Player of the Year in the Trinity League. He models his game on Jacob Manu, an All-Pac-12 linebacker who had the job at Arizona before him.
Then look at his recruitment.
Arizona and Sacramento State.
That was the list. Two schools. His brother had eight, and everybody still talks about how short that list was.
He says what sold him was watching his brother stay when everybody else was leaving. He announced it at Arizona Stadium with his family and Tetairoa McMillan standing there.
Their father Les played linebacker, which is how Dash ended up at the position. Their mother is Winona. Their uncle Steve Fifita Jr. was a defensive tackle at Utah and with the Miami Dolphins. Another uncle, Kelly Talavou, played defensive tackle for the Baltimore Ravens.
Here is what Dash says about following his brother.
"It's kept me motivated."
And he says it takes pressure off him instead of adding it, which is not how most people would describe it.
Be straight about it. One week of grades is one week. An 89.5 in October does not make a career, true freshmen get found out in November, and being the quarterback's younger brother is going to cut both ways for the next four years.
But a kid in that family once picked out a name because he liked a cartoon about a boy who could run.
That kid grew up to be the best player his school has ever had at his position.
And the baby he named just graded out higher than every other freshman in the sport.

I’ve always prided myself on being a good judge of character. And when I look at Coach Doege, I see a man who loves my son the way a father hopes someone will.
When he got hired, Winnona and I actually met him before Noah did. We walked out of that meeting, and knew. He and Noah were the same person.
Being the parent of a quarterback is something you can’t fully explain. You feel every snap. Every mistake. Every bit of praise and blame. You watch your son carry the weight, and you carry it with him. I see that same weight in Coach.
Watch him late in a game. When the outcome is finally decided and the camera finds him, you can literally see him exhale. That’s a feeling I know all too well. He’s right there with Noah, living every snap. He played the position. He understands the pressure. But the amount he cares… that’s the difference
Coach, the sacrifices you, Abi and Leighton make so our son can chase his dreams are things our family can never fully repay. We know every hour you give Noah is time your family shares with ours. We see it, and we’re grateful.
On top of all that, the man is a football genius. Why wouldn’t any QB in America want to learn from someone who understands the game at that level and loves you that deeply
