Madam C. J. Walker, Mrs. Charles Joseph Walker upon her third marriage, was an American entrepreneur, philanthropist, and political and social activist. Walker is recorded as the first woman to become a self-made millionaire in America in the Guinness Book of World Records.

Following an "impasse" the officers offered that Herrin and his three friends could pull out their firearms one at a time to be visually inspected by the officers without disarming. "And then you got your buddies covering your f***ing six in case something f***ing goes crazy," an officer reassured them.
