Two minor boys were fishing at an apartment complex & two old farts came out screaming & chasing them around like lunatics.The man snatched up one of their fishing rods trying to either break it or toss it in the water.He then threw their heavy backpacks at them hitting them when they were leaving.The cops came & charged the man with battery on a minor & property damage.
