RUNEBond started with a simple idea: someone with
$RUNE and someone running a node should be able to find each other without needing to know the right people. No gatekeepers, no custody, just terms published in the open and a way to talk.
It was built by people from this community, in the hours they could find. Every operator who listed a node, every bond provider who asked a question in the chat, every person who reported a bug made it a bit better. That is what a community project looks like from the inside: not one big push, but a lot of small gestures that add up.
Two of those gestures would mean a lot right now.
RUNEBond is still looking for a seed bond provider for its own node. If that sounds like you, or like someone you know, reach out.
And for the node operators who have found the app useful along the way: the finder fee vault is the only thing the app asks for in return, and it is what keeps it running. Some vaults have fallen behind over time. If yours is one of them, topping it up is one of those gestures too, and it goes further than it seems.
Thanks to everyone who keeps showing up. There is a lot still to build, and the work continues: bringing RUNE staking / bonding to many more people, one node and one bond provider at a time.
