Rackmask Official Announcement
Dear Rackmask users, thank you for your continued support and patience. After three months of preparation and adjustments, we are officially announcing the latest important developments for the RACKMASK brand today:
1. RACKMASK maintains a stable strategic partnership with the zhouliang team (ziga air), and both parties will continue to work together to develop and deepen the product line of masks.
2. Effective immediately, all new RACKMASK mask products will be manufactured entirely by ziga. Our new products will undergo synchronized quality control with ziga, resulting in a comprehensive upgrade of product craftsmanship and quality standards.
3. Currently, the older masks sold on the RACKMASK website are still produced by Zimi. A transition period will be implemented between the new and old models. Please pay attention to the descriptions of ZIMI and ZIGA when purchasing. Both the new ziga support frame and the old zimi support frame are compatible with the old filter cartridges. Older models will be sold at a discount until all old models are sold out. The old models will be discontinued, and all future products will be manufactured to the new ziga standards.
4. Several styles were temporarily discontinued and removed from the shelves because we needed to patiently wait for the optimal time to resume production. Now that the Ziga factory is fully prepared, the previously suspended styles will gradually return to the official website with a brand new look and quality. Please be patient.
We sincerely thank every partner for their long-term understanding, tolerance, and unwavering support. Going forward, we will repay everyone with higher quality products, more stable supply, and better service. Please continue to follow us!

After three months of preparation, Zhou Liang's new factory for third-generation frame masks has been established. Half of the Zimi team will be moving to Ziga. Next month, the equipment will be debugged and production of the third-generation frame masks will begin. This represents ten years of technological achievement for me. (The first-generation frame mask was DUOLING AIR in 2017, and the second-generation frame mask was ZIMI AIR in 2020.) I will cease technical updates to Zimi and focus all my efforts on the research and development of the next-generation frame Ziga mask.

Next month, Zhou Liang’s third-generation "Ziga" frame mask will officially launch. It features a brand-new ear-loop attachment method, a new sealing gasket, the new "Series 3" frame, and an innovative edge-welding process. The Series 3 frame supports the installation of various modular accessories, allowing for adjustments to fit different face shapes.

Ziga features several upgrades, one of which is the introduction of replaceable elastic straps. At launch, we are offering seven different strap styles for you to choose from. This design not only caters to the desire for personalized style but also resolves the issue of breakage caused by reverse tension; furthermore, it offers the convenience of flexibly switching between ear-hook and headband wearing modes. The ear-hook strap measures 30 cm in length, while the headband strap measures 50 cm.Of course, it retains the length adjustment function.
