@AmericanAir my 3 hr flight took 6hrs because of a delayed takeoff & weather. While waiting another 3 hrs for my connecting flight to get rebooked for the next day, you didn’t want to give me a room for the night. My family & my infant daughter had nowhere to stay. Thanks.

I missed out on 2 days of training that I didn’t get reimbursed for on top of other expenses. We got a room after the personnel took pity on us because I was frustrated and sitting down in the terminal nursing my infant daughter crying and figuring out what we were going to do.
