Trade: The #Colts are sending eight-time Pro-Bowl guard Quenton Nelson to the #Seahawks, per @AdamSchefter and me. Nelson is on an expiring contract and the Colts get back draft capital now before they could lose him in free agency. A Colts legend goes to the champs.

Eight straight Pro Bowls and the return is a 3rd and a 5th. Seattle's GM should be wearing a ski mask.

Idk what I expected for draft compensation but I love that the Colts are buying into a full on rebuild. I’m gonna miss Q and Deforest Buckner but I’m all in.

If the Seahawks don’t repeat it will be because of Sam Darnold…Seattle is SO stacked!

@JohnLynch49ers Your rivals making Championship moves while u praise mediocre players who don't deserve to be on this roster. Makes moves if not lose the division. It's that simple.

Eight Pro Bowls for a third and a fifth. Seattle needs to share its discount code. 😂

The GM’s hope is that Q gets to experience winning a Super Bowl, then return to the Colts to tell them what playing for a competent GM feels like.

Such an easy and obvious move to make and @JohnLynch49ers just doesn't do his job again. What a joke.

Probably the best colt that we’ve had under Ballard is gone.

Seahawks -3 vs KC was on our Week 7 public record and it won. Now they add an eight-time Pro Bowl guard. Rough news for the rest of the NFC.

Absolute STEAL by Seattle. I have a very hard time believing a team wouldn’t give up at least a 2nd for Nelson. If he had 2-3 years left on his contract, he’d easily be worth a high pick 1st even. I don’t see why the Colts rushed this one. You got fleeced

I fucking swear if don’t make it to the Super Bowl because our damn quarterback is running for his life back there (AGAIN) I’m gonna fucking lose it. It’s like the front office didn’t watch our O-Line Play from the playoffs last year 😡. Is their mentality “we’ll be ok we just need to play better” 🤬. You need BETTER talent there.

Painful. Literally one of the greatest at his position of all time traded for a Ham and Turkey on white bread hold the mayo. I truly hope he wins something in Seattle

Wouldn’t the Colts get a third round comp pick if he walks anyway? The return for Nelson seems pretty weak.

Good for @BigQ56 Go win a Super Bowl big guy. We all know you wouldn't ever even sniff a playoff game with the @Colts. We'll miss you in Indy 😔
