The refining opportunity starts upstream. American Resources’ EMCO (@electrifiedmat) has signed a binding LOI to acquire Blackion, strengthening the pathway from battery recycling and feedstock sourcing to advanced critical mineral refining. Together, Blackion + EMCO + ReElement (@ReElementTech) can help move battery-derived materials—including LFP—through processing, separation and purification and back into domestic and allied supply chains. The goal: recover more lithium and other critical minerals at high purity while building a stronger, more integrated U.S. supply chain. #ReElement #CriticalMinerals #Lithium #BatteryRecycling #LFP #AREC

Progress at Marion. Our magnet recycling line is taking shape—designed to turn recycled magnet material into separated, high-purity Nd, Pr, NdPr, Dy & Tb. The process: Magnet feedstock → thermal processing → leaching → centrifuge → chromatography → separated rare earths These photos show the infrastructure coming together to connect magnet recycling with ReElement’s chromatography platform at commercial scale. One step closer to turning end-of-life magnets into critical materials for the U.S. supply chain. 🇺🇸 #ReElementTechnologies #RareEarths #MagnetRecycling #CriticalMinerals

ReElement Completes Air Permitting for All Four Initial Production Lines Another important step forward at ReElement’s Marion, Indiana refining facility. Air permitting is now complete for all four initial production lines. Remember, this follows the successful commissioning of the Company's first commercial-scale germanium production column - validating the scalability and modular architecture of ReElement's chromatography-based refining platform. The facility is designed to refine germanium, gallium and multiple rare earth elements, including neodymium, dysprosium, terbium, gadolinium, yttrium and samarium. “Receiving the principal approvals necessary to operate the production lines represents a significant milestone in ReElement’s commercialization,” said Mark Jensen, Chairman and CEO of ReElement Technologies. ▪ Permitting complete. ▪ Installation and commissioning underway. ▪ Commercial production ahead. Speed to market matters. Go where the product is 1) available today, 2) low cost, 3) has the mix of products that actually matter and are very high in margin.
To compete in the rare earth sector you have to be able to compete based on costs and product mix. Our team has traveled the world over the last five years evaluating low cost rare earth feedstock opportunities. Only two jurisdiction possess the cost structure that can compete globally - Africa and South East Asia. The same areas that China gets a majority of their products (Breaking news, China doesn't mine a majority of the ore they refine in China, they do it through illegal mining operations all over South East Asia and Africa and import those low cost non taxed concentrates to massive toxic solvent extraction plants with really really cheap chemicals in China. Secondly, these assets also contain the mix of rare earths that are actually needed - Dy, Tb, Y, Sm and Gd. Nobody in the world today outside of China separates and purifies any of these products at commercial volumes (The only competitor we think that is getting close in Estonia). @ReElementTech is progressing to commissioning of its MREC line by end of year / beginning of first quarter 2027, with its other three lines coming online in 2026. With separation of all these products from MREC completed in 2026 in its smaller Noblesville plant. At @Amerresources we are negotiating (or bidding) on minority stakes in both regions where @ReElementTech can initially secure material for its Marion plant and eventually co locate its refining operations at the mines or locally within the countries where the mines are located - economic diplomacy, feedstock security, partnerships. The last few trips and partnerships we have established we are confident have expedited this strategy with the future deployment of capital that is already available on our balance sheet. $AREC @royaltymgmtcorp @electrifiedmat

We are pleased that our rare earth magnet recycling line in Marion (the same process we have run for over two years in Noblesville) is coming online significantly under budget and ahead of schedule. Any false or misleading statements by reporters that are intended to either help China or be dramatic have failed. We suggest better, more accurate reporting going forward on facts versus reality tv drama story telling.

One column can represent 100 to 1,000 mixer settlers. Reagent to solid separation vs chemical to chemical seperation over a 100 or 1,000 chemical filled tanks. iPhone vs Rotary phone…. Email vs carrier pigeon…. Thankfully innovation changes worlds….

Battery recycling isn’t just about waste anymore — it’s a critical mineral supply chain issue. A new report from the IEA highlights rapid innovation in battery circularity as nations work to strengthen supply chains, boost energy security, and reduce reliance on mining. That’s the right conversation. But for the U.S., the real question is: where does this circular system actually happen? True resilience requires more than recycling. It demands an integrated, domestic loop that can: • Identify and aggregate critical mineral feedstocks • Recycle end-of-life batteries, magnets, and materials • Separate, refine, and purify to high-grade outputs • Reintegrate materials into U.S. and allied manufacturing That’s the system we’re building toward. @Amerresources → Feedstock aggregation @electrifiedmat → Recycling & processing @ReElementTech → Advanced refining & purification Circularity only matters if materials return to productive use. The future of critical minerals isn’t one step — it’s the full loop. iea.org/news/battery-recycli…

Our goal, when successful by the end of this year, will be the start of making solvent extraction the way of whale oil - no longer needed or relevant. piped.video/jHtNTBO4vFI?si=DFUF…

ReElement Technologies has filed a new patent application designed to complement Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) — enabling ultra-high-purity lithium production from brines. “DLE works exceptionally well at extraction and concentration. Our chromatography platform excels at separation and purification,” said CEO Mark Jensen. DLE delivers the concentrated lithium stream. ReElement focuses on the chokepoint: converting that stream into high-purity, battery-grade product. Integrated together → a more efficient, scalable, and economically competitive pathway to battery-grade lithium. This marks ReElement’s 8th next-gen patent filing as it builds a modular, lower-footprint refining model deployable in the U.S. and allied nations. finance.yahoo.com/news/reele…

Digging moat deeper with patent protection of our process and feedstocks. 7 patents currently and multiple others in the works. Productivity, versatility and scale of our technology will be showcased at warp speed this summer! Recycled material and ore bodies. Feedstock often comes up. Answer: We produce from virgin ore and recycled content. We have been developing feedstock relationships for years overseas that want to be a part of the next industrial revolution in the United States. Africa, South America, SE Asia. Rare Earth magnets started in Indiana and now Marion, IN will be home of the largest production of rare oxides in the United States by the end of the year.

Reports are out that the U.S. is stepping away from price floors for critical minerals — an important signal that long-term competitiveness must be built on economics, not subsidies. At ReElement Technologies and American Resources, we don’t build our business on price floors. We build it on cost competitiveness. Our multi-mineral, multi-feedstock refining platform is designed to compete head-to-head in global markets. By operating with low chemical use, lower environmental impact, and a smaller physical footprint, we achieve meaningfully lower CapEx and OpEx than legacy refining methods. The critical minerals industry is still early, and clarity matters. Supply-chain resilience will be achieved through collaboration and innovation — not imitation. Our focus is on building durable, scalable solutions that enable true U.S. and allied mineral independence.
