It is with a heavy heart that we tell you that Andrew Wilbey passed away just before Christmas. He helped RAR for over 40 years serving in virtually every role during his tenure including Chair and President. He will be missed by all on the Committee and those at the river bank.

Welcome to day 2 of Reading Amateur Regatta. We race over 1000m on Sunday. Big thanks to the course team for moving the start raft and getting the course ready. We can see some of the competitors checking out the course near the commentary position.

Huge thank you to our course team who get up very early to get the course finalised for you to race on. They work on Friday evening and finish Saturday morning and lay about 100 buoys including these two huge ones which mark the start and finish of the course.
