I was going to keep working on this but I don't have the energy or time so here it is, as-is. Link in replies.

You'll still be a miserable gay loser the day after that day 🤣
One day the last boomer will finally log off Facebook, stop yelling at a cashier, release their death grip on a 1972 mortgage, and the rest of us will gather in the street holding hands like we just defeated a supervillain. From somewhere in the distance we’ll hear: back in my day, work harder, pull yourself up by the bootstraps, I’m not my grandchildren’s babysitter….then the wind will carry the voices away. Then we rebuild.

Drake Maye says he's SKEPTICAL that the United States actually landed on the moon in 1969. During an appearance on WEEI Monday, Maye said: “I wouldn’t say I’m leaning one way or the other. I just know I’m a little bit skeptical.”

Anti-boomerism is the final boss of libtardation. Ancestor hatred, rendering your inheritance unto the state out of spite, complete lack of consideration of second order effects. Pure white hot fatherless resentment. GAY!
On average, Boomers are getting paid more from Social Security than they “paid into it.” A lot more. Like double, and that’s counting inflation and interest. In raw dollars, they’ll get four to seven times what they paid in. So what about this compromise, to at least stave off insolvency and save billions: you get back what you paid in, but no more. Young families won’t be forced to finance a 250 percent return on your “investment.” That seems extremely reasonable, doesn’t it? It doesn’t go nearly as far as I would like. But it’s a very fair compromise. It completely negates any claim that you didn’t get the money back that you “paid in.” And yet I suspect that this comprise will not be satisfactory. Why is that? Because this debate actually has nothing to do with “getting back what you paid in.” The REAL demand is for a lot more than that.

European meat is famously inferior but retards just say anything on here
Every time I visit Europe I’m struck by the thought that food in America literally isn’t real They tell you it’s a chicken, but then you have a European chicken and it’s just clear the one from Europe is a real bird while the versions back home are just chicken-shaped paste

Disqualifying.
I love these awkward little liminal moments in politics and often find them revealing. Here, Susan Collins taking advantage of the last seconds of the debate to take one more swipe: "He's a Steelers fan."

Free baseball is free baseball, I'd be happy for the extra innings
I cannot imagine the horror of going to your execution, experiencing severe pain, and then waking up and finding out you lived and that you have to go to your execution again. Hard to imagine what it means for something to be cruel and unusual if that isn’t it.

The funniest thing about smug foodies is how frequently theyve got the basics wrong.
Boy this thread has some real hicks in it. Has nothing to do with a Michelin star and everything to do with texture and food safety as well. Course learning that may involve reading summa them there books or sumthin

Found an early daily mass that works with my work schedule. Oldest church in the diocese, the Irish dragged sandstone up from the river and built it in 1848. Now the side chapel of a larger church. Just sitting there unchanged and open to the public since before the civil war.

Montreal and Quebec City have 60% of Quebec’s population but only 35% of provincial seats. The result? The PQ gets elected with less than 30% of the vote, by many voters who have never heard a word of English and have no idea how vibrant different cultures can be. @acoyne

Nobody loves pointing out the difference between a plurality and a majority more than a guy who just lost a vote
Looks like a minority government situation in Quebec. The PQ could still hit the inside straight to 64 but it looks like they’ll have to settle for a plurality. Needless to say a minority is better for Canada. A referendum would be unbelievably stupid and counterproductive.

I stopped reading after the third sentence because I was scared it was going to rapidly turn into homosexual erotica
I talked to a young man last week. He was a 6'4" Chad, 28 years old, brown hair, A10 (light blue) eyes, D2 college basketball player, tan, lean muscles. Handsome guy. But where did I meet him? He was working as a waiter at a small diner. Earning $2.13 an hour plus tips. The girls who swipe right on dating apps with height filters are the same girls (I assume) who reject his job applications when he applies to white-collar corporate jobs. I gave him a $40 tip on like a $15 breakfast, but I have no idea how he pays rent. He told me he's living in a small apartment with 3 other guys who got him the waiter job. And he said he had a hard time finding any kind of other work for several months before he got hired at the diner. How is this young white man supposed to buy a house on $2.13 per hour? How is he supposed to attract a hot girl and settle down? This is what we're doing to our best young men. We are brutally crushing and suppressing American talent. It's wrong. It's unfair, and it needs to stop.
