💜 I’M STILL IN SHOCK… BUT BEYOND GRATEFUL. 💜 Huge, HUGE shoutout to @Captain_Kev_eth for a blessing that I honestly don’t even know how to put into words. The last night of New Quirk City, at the Whale dinner, something happened that I know I’ll carry with me for years to come. These last 4 days were HANDS DOWN a MOVIE. The memories, the adventures, the people, the laughs, the moments… all of it. But this moment right here? This one is going to stick with me. Let me give y’all the little backstory because the way this happened makes it even more special. Kev and I were just sitting there talking about everything I’ve been working on with the Quirkies & QuirKids IP. We were talking about how far I’ve come in such a short amount of time, everything we’ve been building, everything we have planned, and he told me how proud he was of what we’re achieving. That conversation eventually turned into talking about OGs. He asked me how many I had. I told him, “Honestly, I only have one right now. I’m working on getting my second one soon.” Then he asked me: “What’s your favorite trait?” And without hesitation I said: “Bro… the purple curls. I LOVE the purple curls. My ultimate goal is to collect as many of those as I can.” 💜 Then he pulls out his phone. Opens his wallet. Pulls up his Purple Curls OGs. And says: “Pick one.” I literally looked at him like… BRO, I CAN’T DO THAT. 😳🤯 I couldn’t pick one of his OGs. That didn’t feel right to me. And he goes… “You know what? I’m gonna pick it then.” And just like that… I was sitting there holding my newest OG. My SECOND OG. And not just any OG… A PURPLE CURLS OG. 💜 There are some things you can’t put a price on. Not because of the floor price. Not because of the rarity. Not because of what it might be worth someday. But because of the story behind it. Every single time I look at this Quirkie, I’m going to remember that dinner. I’m going to remember that conversation. I’m going to remember someone seeing the work I’ve been putting in, seeing the vision, seeing how far I’ve come… and deciding to bless me simply because he believed in what I’m building. Attention All Quirk Ecosystem Holders affected by the Point Break / Magic Eden hack this mornin There was a huge exploit today that affected thousands of people and millions of dollars in NFTs Luckily between @0xQuit - Papii’s rapid response, @gondixyz and @opensea responses we believe we were able to limit the sell off damage to basically 0 We also believe we have now black listed the right wallets, frozen the assets and put an end to the exploit completely with what was in our ability We will take our time, with patience and diligence over the coming days, working with our devs and working with @0xQuit as well to figure out a plan on how to get these stolen assets back to their rightful owners We know looking into your wallet and seeing your assets getting transferred is a very uncomfortable and violating feeling We are going to the end of the world and back to fix this situation and to REMAIN the brand and team that takes action and creates safety for their holders We also encourage everyone to completely revoke all your permissions and clean all of your wallets @RevokeCash We love you all and we are going to work on this diligently… our goal is to get every single asset back to its original place.
