It’s literally the entire basis for establishing probable cause.

Any trans-identified person is by definition: 1) mentally ill 2) delusional 3) self-destructive. The fact that this group accounts for the most mass shooters per capita is not remotely surprising. If you wanted to invent an ideology specifically designed to create mass murderers, it would be trans ideology.
