Recent pickup @PennStateFball Jeff Hartings game worn used football helmet. When I purchased, I received the third photo with the yellow written player identifier shown under the jawpad. I thought, “who the hell was Hart #65?” Turns out the “65” was the “GS” of his last name with the “IN” rubbed off from putting on and removing the helmet.

Recently picked up an early 1960s Riddell RK2 helmet with an unusual/unique face mask that I have never seen before. The mask pivots inside the top mounting bracket enabling the wearer to lift the mask up as the sides ate not attached to the helmet. @rclemente2121 @HelmetArch @FB_Helmet_Guy
