unless hotline miami 2 is removed from all stores mysteriously on december 12th 2028, undertale/deltarune will never reach the heights that this game does. (not an insult to ut/dr ost, it's just not the best soundtrack of all time)
my uncomfortable truth is that i would not nominate either undertale or deltarune for "best video game soundtrack of all time" Sorry their osts both have some really fucking good songs in them but overall i cant say id ever give them goat status...
