Yet activist lawyers, like Marc Elias, have so perverted a 1993 law that Arizona now needs the Supreme Court just to require proof of United States citizenship on its own voter registration form. That same law is why Pennsylvania doesn’t ask for proof of citizenship to register to vote. Here in Pennsylvania, it’s the honor system. It’s outrageous that so many citizens don’t know this. It’s a checkbox — “Are you a citizen of the United States?” — and a signature, and you get a voter registration card, no proof of citizenship required: The law is clear. Only U.S. citizens are eligible to vote in U.S. elections. There is no logical reason a state should be blocked from requiring proof of citizenship to vote, and it should not take a SCOTUS ruling to enforce that.

Maryland and Virginia were being charged more because they don’t have enough power of their own. Shapiro’s deal made Pennsylvania pay more so Maryland and Virginia could pay less. GSD? His price cap wiped out the extra local charge Maryland and Virginia were paying and spread the bill across the whole grid. GSD? Pennsylvania produces the power. Maryland and Virginia use it. If you are in line before 8PM - stay there until you get to vote! If voting by mail ballot - November 3, 8 PM - your completed mail ballot must be received by your election office. A November 3 postmark does not count. On-demand voting is not machine early voting. You apply, mark a paper mail ballot, and return it at the county office — but only if that county’s ballots are ready. Some counties are open. Others are not. Sunday Update Three more Pennsylvania counties opened on-demand voting since yesterday. Thirty-seven are still closed. In the 30 counties already open, voters are 49.7% Democratic and 34.0% Republican. Democrats outnumber Republicans there by about 759,000. In the 37 counties still closed, voters are 34.9% Democratic and 47.7% Republican. Republicans outnumber Democrats there by about 534,000. Those 30 open counties hold 62% of Pennsylvania’s Democrats. Those 37 closed counties hold 55% of Pennsylvania’s Republicans. Same October 27 deadline. Not the same number of voting days. Whatever the reason, the days are not equal. Free and equal is the standard. This is neither.

In a ~25-page letter to the American people, the mullahs tell Americans they can “change the makeup of the government,” to “remove from power the evil, deceitful, and violent politicians who are responsible for America’s current state,” and to “take back control.” But hey Doomers, be sure to stay home and not vote because Trump only fulfilled 80% of your wildest hopes and dreams. The mullahs who want a nuclear bomb so they can end your life and the lives of every other American are totally down with your plan.

The sequence is the core of how Shapiro gamed the system to force taxpayers to pay his $1M+ private residence upgrades. He created a fait accompli, hired vendors, completed the work, then treated payment as a moral and security emergency. Once the bills existed, refusing them could be framed as withholding protection from a family that had just been targeted. And… He framed the Treasurer, Stacy Garrity. AG Sunday later approved payment, and Shapiro’s office immediately cast that refusal as an attack on his family’s safety. This singular event, among hundreds of others before and after, showed Pennsylvanians how Shapiro’s team manipulated us and Stacy instead of getting legislative authorization.
