Legally that may not fly, but if some crazy shit happens to you and you “agree” in the moment, that doesn’t mean you’re not a victim, and you’re not lying if you “change your mind” / realize that.
And yeah adults can “consent” to do evil/depraved shit like below and still belong in a gulag for a year or two.
