I finished A Different World reboot. My notes and observations: ***(No spoilers)*** - the cast is FINE as frog hair. - Rashida & Amir are my favorite characters. They steal every scene. - Loved that Amir’s storyline isn’t that he’s just gay. Love that they treat him as if his sexuality isn’t even a factor. - love how they incorporated the original cast throughout the entire series and not just as “cameos”. - didn’t realize how annoying the name “DEBORAH” is vs just “DEBRA” 😭 - at times it felt very “All American Homecoming”, which I didn’t mind, because that was my show and they deserved more seasons! - DEBORAH is definitely a variant of Simone from All American Homecoming and Zoey from grown-ish - looking forward to more seasons. - overall 10/10, I’m probably going to rewatch it soon. #ADifferentWorld
