Please send us the two quote or transaction links so we can compare them directly and confirm the exact difference.

We've found no evidence of any compromise of Relay protocol itself; what you're describing typically points to a wallet-level compromise (e.g. a malicious delegation or compromised private key) that sweeps funds on arrival.
