Much of Virginia’s Sixth District is in areas without cellular service and faces extended weather-related outages, making copper-based landlines critical to ensure our community has a reliable way to reach emergency services. Many Northern Va and I would expect beach homes have elevators and land lines are the most reliable for the two way communication requirement.

I used to run up to 100 pair copper in the Bay Area ca. so I truly understand the importance of copper cabling. Don’t forget the fiber !
