When the call comes, they answer. Every time. It was an honor to celebrate this year’s Congressional Law Enforcement Award recipients, New Hampshire’s finest, and the families who serve alongside them. Thank you for keeping our communities safe. 🇺🇸

Yesterday morning is one I will carry with me forever. From every corner of our state, firefighters, fire service families, first responders, and community members came together in Concord to mark the 20th Anniversary of the New Hampshire Fallen Firefighters Memorial. This Memorial was built and is maintained by heroes, for heroes — brick by brick, granite stone by granite stone. It was a privilege to stand on its hallowed ground to remember and honor New Hampshire’s Fallen Firefighters — heroes who gave their last full measure of devotion in service to us all. It was a privilege to stand alongside the people who loved them most — their loved ones who carry their living legacies forward every day. My heart is full of gratitude for every person who has answered the Call to Brotherhood. Their service lives on. We will never forget.

America’s law enforcement officers face the worst moments in other people’s lives without flinching. Too many carry that weight alone. Today, on Law Enforcement Suicide Awareness Day, we honor the officers we have lost. We stand with their loved ones. And we say clearly: asking for help is strength — not weakness. No one should ever have to choose between their career and getting help. I’m fighting in Congress for confidential, trauma-informed healthcare that every American can access. I’m working to make sure every Granite Stater gets access to quality, affordable healthcare. Impactful meeting in Nashua with the amazing team at @stjoesnashua this week. Heard directly about the challenges facing our non-profit healthcare providers and got some great ideas on how we can work together to bring power back where it belongs in our healthcare system: with people — not price-gouging corporations.

Back at @goGSMgo in Nashua this week, and the growth since my visit 18 months ago is remarkable. New machines. New capabilities. The same skilled Granite Staters building precision parts for the Navy’s Virginia-class and Columbia-class submarines. ⚓ Much of that progress starts at @nashuacc and Manchester Community College. Their boot camps and partnerships with GSM are turning local talent into the backbone of America’s submarine industrial base. On the Armed Services Committee, I’m fighting to fund our submarine programs and back the skilled workers who build them. Thank you to the GSM team for having me back. New Hampshire builds. America is safer for it. 🇺🇸

125 years young! It was an inspiring day in Hillsborough congratulating Sylvania on this incredible milestone and meeting the amazing people who made it possible. Here’s to the next 125 years of innovation, American manufacturing, and generations of people showing up every day to build something that matters — for our state, our country, and the world. 🇺🇸

Pease Air National Guard Base is hallowed ground. Captain Harl Pease Jr. was taken prisoner in service to our country, and never came home. Today, every mission flown from Pease carries forward the name and living legacy of a New Hampshire hero and son of Plymouth. We remember and honor his courage, his sacrifice, and every American still missing. 🇺🇸

This week, I had the honor of leading the Pledge of Allegiance at the Southern New Hampshire Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner. 🇺🇸 Those 31 words mean the most when they’re freely given, and that’s exactly what this year’s honorees do: 🔑Pat Hargreaves, William A. Brown Businessperson of the Year: Army veteran, Boy Scout leader, and Salem Holiday Parade Chairman. With his amazing wife Lorraine, he built Pat’s Key N’ Lock into a Salem institution. They’ve unlocked far more than doors, from scholarships to Salem’s 9/11 Memorial and Veterans Park. As Pat said, it’s the local shop that sponsors the Little League team. And that matters. 🎓 JoAnne Desrosiers, Volunteer of the Year: 40 years of can-do service to Salem, helping local students launch their careers. 🌟 Leah Rogers-Curto, Chairman’s Award: a candid leader inspiring the next generation and championing women-owned businesses. Small businesses are the heart of southern New Hampshire. Congratulations, and thank you!

More than 10,000 veterans have lost their homes since President Trump abruptly shut down the VA’s foreclosure rescue program in May 2025. At the same time, nearly 90,000 veterans are at serious risk of foreclosure after being whiplashed between new and canceled programs — left on the brink of losing their homes through no fault of their own. No veteran should lose the home they earned because the federal government can’t get the basics right. Last week I joined a Veterans’ Affairs roundtable to push for a foreclosure moratorium, stronger VA coordination, and real accountability. Our veterans kept their promise to our country. Congress must keep its sacred obligation to our veterans.

I condemn, with every fiber of my being, the threats of and calls for murder from the Libertarian Party of New Hampshire. Every freedom-loving American — Independents, Republicans, Democrats, and, yes, Libertarians — must do the same. Calling for the killing of fellow Americans because you disagree is not liberty. It is absolutely anti-American. You can disagree with someone as deeply as humanly possible. But in the United States of America you cannot call for their killing and go unpunished. I am calling on the New Hampshire Attorney General @NH_DOJ and federal law enforcement to fully investigate these threats and hold anyone who broke the law accountable. Threats of murder like this have no place in New Hampshire or anywhere in America. They must stop. Now.

Grateful beyond measure to Kelly, James, Lincoln, and Parker for carrying forward Weston’s Big Wish, to the Salem Lions for organizing such a meaningful race, and to everyone who came out to Salem on Sunday morning. To each and every person working to make Weston’s Big Wish a reality and end childhood cancer as we know it with more research, better treatments, and more hope: thank you from the bottom of my heart. Let’s keep up the fight! 🙏🇺🇸
