These latest reports raise additional serious concerns about LIG McCuskey’s conduct, both during and since the Benton investigation. He has shown repeatedly that he lacks the temperament and approach the job requires. He should step down, or the LEC should remove him.

Teachers deserve fair evals and by outsourcing that process to AI, we do a disservice to both the dedicated teachers and students. Signing this bill into law will help prevent our teachers from being subject to standards that can restrict how they instruct their students.
