Today, we joined the ACLU in publishing a new report on the fierce retaliation against pro-Palestinian rights expression in colleges and universities, which began in 2023 and continues today.
Our findings show a concerted effort to censor speech in support of Palestinian rights. This repression has infringed on academic freedom and violated students’ and scholars’ free speech, association, and assembly rights across the country.

TSA's use of facial recognition at our airports is not only a violation of our privacy, it's not even secured. An Inspector General report just found that a private vendor was able to extract sensitive passenger data without TSA's knowledge, and passengers were never informed.
