The vast majority of violent crime is intra-racial (occurring within the same racial group). Department of Justice and CDC data show that around 90% or more of Black homicide victims are killed by Black offenders. Maybe you focus on that problem

Never forget that in New York they eliminated the literacy exam in 2017. And this exam wasn't for students - it was the literacy exam for TEACHERS. Only 61% could pass it!
