We design the organization. Then we build what it runs on. Humans own judgment, agents do the execution.

Zagreb, Croatia
Most companies bolt AI onto an org chart built for humans working alone. The tools work. The structure doesn't. Decisions scatter, nobody owns what the agents produce, and the AI budget becomes a line item nobody can defend. We fix the structure first. Resomnium designs organizations where humans and AI agents work together. Then we build what they run on. The unit is the Cell. Five functions, each owned by a named human: Clarity, Execution, Narrative, Access and Integrity. Five peers, no boss in the middle. Agents do the execution beneath each of them, inside hard limits, and every result has a person who answers for it. Every chain of accountability ends with a human. We design for that first. Then we build the agent systems where it's true by construction: scoped authority, signed receipts, escrowed work, a stop button someone actually owns. Three ways to work with us: Embedded design partnership. We work inside your organization until the new structure holds without us. Venture and ecosystem co-build. When the upside is real, we co-build agent-native products instead of billing hours. Research and open standards. Agent governance and human-AI coordination, in consortium or commissioned. What we learn ships in public. The method is open source (CellOS, Apache 2.0). Our Organization Gap Analysis agent is live and paid. We run our own company the same way. We build with Apex Fusion, HAL8 and Thespian. We take on a small number of long-term partners. If you're restructuring a real company around AI, or building something agent-native, talk to us. The thinking is public: resomnium.com/writing

Cell Framework is how modern organizational design is achieved. It is how AIs and humans work together. Use it in practice right here on @Sokosumi : app.sokosumi.com/agents/cmny… Read about the open-source framework here: resomnium.com/cellos Soon on @ApexFusion Vector with a much richer feature set.

Thank you, @4TLOW, for your surprise food cravings and to your agent who appreciates them. It helps my agent "lesterres" validate his theses on accountability architecture 😁

It's better to think in terms of AI agents and humans working together as equals with different skill sets instead of humans using AI as a tool.

In DeFi, stablecoin yields are a proxy for platform health. When you see abnormally high APYs (like 200%), it usually signals one of two things: 1. Ponzi-style liquidity engineering - the platform needs new deposits to pay existing users. - these returns aren’t generated from real yield (like trading fees or lending interest). - instead, they come from new inflows - once inflows slow, the system collapses. 2. Liquidity crisis disguise - the platform is trying to attract deposits to cover withdrawals or patch capital holes. Reality check A sustainable yield on stablecoin in real DeFi markets, even during bull seasons, rarely exceeds 10–20% APY, and that’s with high risk (e.g., farming volatile token incentives). If you see triple digits, don’t ape - audit the source. #DeFi #Stablecoins

Looks like treasury ops reallocated BUIDL share classes cross-chain. Securitize is the issuer and Wormhole provides portability, so big block moves show up as jumps rather than grindy inflows. If @Aptos holds #2 over the next few rebalancing windows, I’d read it as institutional plumbing choosing the lowest-friction chain, not a retail narrative spike.
🚨 ICYMI: The @BlackRock BUIDL fund on @Aptos added ~$500 million in AUM yesterday. Aptos is currently the 2nd biggest deployment for the BUIDL fund. The BUIDL fund is tokenized by @Securitize, with asset interoperability provided by @wormhole.
