Saturday’s Hero of the Match was Franklin Marval. Franklin is a community activist, graphic designer, and muralist from Venezuela whose work celebrates culture, identity, and storytelling. Franklin recently joined Massachusetts United for Venezuela, helping support communities impacted by this year’s earthquakes in Venezuela. The initiative has provided nearly $200,000 in grants for emergency services, children's programs, and healthcare. Thank you, Franklin, for using your art and leadership to inspire others and make a difference. #NERevs

Ahead of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, we hosted our annual Box Car Movie Night in the IMAX Theater at Jordan's 💛🎗️ Children fighting cancer, alongside their families and Revs players, decorated box cars and enjoyed a movie! 🍿

Our most recent Hero of the Match was Regina Bertholdo. Regina is the Co-Founder and Board President of the Brazilian Women's Group, an organization she helped establish alongside Heloisa Galvão in 1995. For more than three decades, they have dedicated themselves to empowering Brazilian women, supporting immigrant families, and strengthening the community in New England. Through programs focused on education, community engagement, and immigrant rights, Regina has worked tirelessly to create opportunities, provide support, and advocate for immigrant communities. Saturday's Heroes of the Match were Casey and Callie Owens, and Oliver Conlon. A native of South Boston and a member of the Revolution Academy, Oliver Conlon is hardly ever without a soccer ball. Since Touches for C.H.A.N.G.E. launched 6 years ago, Oliver has taken part every year, raising over $20,000 in the process. Casey and Callie, sisters and former New England Revolution Academy teammates, have been lead fundraisers in the Revolution’s Touches for C.H.A.N.G.E. initiative since its 2021 inception — raising nearly $10,000.
