introducing my newest child, nyxie >3< #vtubers #live2d

I hope these screenshots prove that I am no longer part of them, and that my suspension was not because I am a broker. However, if you still choose to think otherwise, that’s up to you I can’t control your opinions. Thank you so much to everyone who has been supporting me. It’s time to start a new journey

Hi everyone, I have some bad news to share. It might be good news for those who dislike me, though. My VGen account has just been suspended for “Breaking our Group Accounts Policy.” A little background on my journey with VGen: I'm an independent artist, but I previously worked with a studio affiliated with the community that's been under discussion recently. However, I left several years ago. A few months ago, my VGen account was also flagged as a broker. I contacted the VGen team and provided evidence that I was no longer affiliated with them. After a thorough investigation, VGen confirmed that I wasn't part of any group or broker network, and the broker label was removed from my account. That's why this new suspension is confusing and upsetting. I had already gone through an investigation and provided evidence of my independence, so I genuinely don't understand what has changed or why my account is now being suspended under this policy. I've contacted the VGen team again and am waiting for their response. I sincerely hope this can be clarified and resolved soon. Thank you to everyone who's been supporting me and my work during this difficult time. I'll share an update when I know more 💙 #vgenartist

finally reached 100 completed commissions on VGen!! 🥹💙 it's been a long journey of more than a year, and I'm genuinely proud of myself for making it this far. I'm proud that I kept going, stayed consistent, and continued doing my best for everyone who has supported and trusted my work. thank you so much to everyone who has ever commissioned me, supported my art, or helped me along the way. this journey hasn't always been smooth, and there have been plenty of difficult moments, but I'm still here, and I feel like this is only the beginning ♡ I also know things have been difficult on VGen lately, especially for Indonesian artists like me, with the issues surrounding brokers and JRU. I really hope VGen can recover soon, and that Indonesian artists can be treated with more respect, without being looked down on or exploited by bad actors. for now, I'll keep learning, improving, and doing my best to bring you more artwork that I'm proud of. 100 commissions down, and hopefully many more to come. thank you for being part of my journey! 🥹💙 #VGenComm #vgen

Gentle reminder that: ❌ AI is not allowed on VGen regardless of if the user is an individual or group account ☑️ You can filter for individual artists if you'd prefer to work with independent artists If you suspect there's AI on VGen: Please report it with any supporting proof on-site using the 'report' button. We'll manually investigate and either: - take action immediately if proof is solid - place on watch list if we're suspicious but don't have enough proof to be certain - dismiss the case if we disagree with the claim - dismiss the case because no proof is provided (TBH many reports are in the last two categories. but rest assured that reports are tracked, so if future proof is provided, the case may be reopened) If you suspect a user is a broker pretending to be an individual artist: Please also report them. We'll also investigate and if they're deemed to be a group account, they will be labelled correctly if it was a mistake, or banned if they are in violation of our ToS. Please note that even with our invite code system, with over 200K artists and 1.4M users on-site, there are going to be at least a few bad actors, and we're always diligently reviewing through reports to weed them out. However, we're also extremely mindful that we are the home to so many artists' livelihoods. A false positive on an AI report could mean the difference between someone being able to pay rent or not - which means we're careful to only take action when we're confident, and we have appeal systems for when we do inevitably make mistakes. We're always looking to improve and we'll keep doing our best to keep our artists and community safe. Our smol but dedicated team of 22 thank you for your patience, understanding, and support. Above all else, thank you for supporting human artists! We're really grateful you care 💚
