This legislation sets nation-leading storage targets, along with supporting localities as they consider these important projects.

Today I joined many in celebrating Elevate Infrastructure’s historic 150MW energy storage project in Rockingham County.
It is the largest energy storage project in VA and all of PJM able to power over 100,000 homes!

HB 328, signed yesterday, will ensure those who need health coverage for things like fertility treatment, doula care, hearing aids, donor breast milk, and more will have it.
It’s a major step in ensuring health care in the Commonwealth covers what Virginians need affordably.
Because of the bills I signed today, when your family needs care, you can get it.
From capping the monthly out-of-pocket cost of insulin at $35 to cracking down on prior authorization delays, we are taking action to bring down healthcare costs.

Governor Spanberger has it exactly right. Our focus is now on November. On April 21st, 3 million Virginians made their voices heard wanting Virginia to lead the fight against what is happening across the country.
We won once, and we will win again come this November.
More than three million Virginians cast their ballots in Virginia’s redistricting referendum, and the majority of Virginia voters voted to push back against a President who said he is ‘entitled’ to more Republican seats in Congress with a temporary and responsive referendum. They made their voices heard.
I am disappointed by the Supreme Court of Virginia’s ruling, but my focus as Governor will be on ensuring that all voters have the information necessary to make their voices heard this November in the midterm elections because in those elections we — the voters — will have the final say.
