Post-partum depression is often just post-nut clarity for women who realize they've had a kid with a man they don't respect, and are now trapped. Rather than blaming herself, of course, she just blames the baby...

If so, women would feel that way during pregnancy. It's because pregnancy juices them up with all sorts of natural drugs to get them to the finish line and then when the kid's out and being a demanding little beast, they crash.

No it wouldn’t happen until after they had the kid, as that’s when the attention harvesting potetnial she had as a pregnant mom vanishes and she realizes the op’s point.

Many women use the birth control pill until they plan to reproduce, which blinds their instincts for finding a alpha by simulating pregnancy. Once they're off it and the pregnancy is complete, they realize they hate their husband (and children by assoc) and fall into despair.

That's more reasonable, but a very different argument than OP and easily disputed by the fact that post-partem is tough for women who never took birth control, as is the case for all of my family reference points--mothers who never took birth control.

I guess they don't have moms, aunts or sisters who respect their husbands!

Kinda why you should raise your kids around family. Parents need time off to feel normal again. Community is so important.

Exactly. Many cultures have some sort of month-long post partum intensive care. I've heard it carried the "fourth trimester". Not saying that the manosphere has no insights, but this is just silly. Plenty of space between "ok to murder kids" and "postpartum isn't real"
