Remembering my beloved Jessie. I miss her love and faithfulness and fun every day; seeing this photo again, I want to reach out and stroke her. Jessie was the inspiration for the puppy in my book, Bandit's Great Escape. rachelriversporter.com/ #puppylove #ilovemydog #doglover

I'm excited to share my latest project with you! I love writing from the perspective of different characters, and this is the biggest story of all time, the Bible. In this Vlog I explore the powerful story of Jesus healing the paralysed man. #biblestudy youtube.com/watch?v=B67EkffG…

I remember #WorldBookDay when my son went as #HarryPotter then another 'Harry Potter' pointed out he had no scar (of course his scar was particularly gruesome). No scars yesterday on my author visit, just happy smiles and enthusiastic kids as I read Bandit's Great Escape. @Bozzle
Charlie and I are absolutely exhausted after all the fun of World Book Day week! (Not sure why HE is so tired, since it just meant his daytime naps were uninterrupted. 🤔 But he says he's shattered. 🤷♀️) Much resting required today. Happy Caturday! #caturday #worldbookdayuk

Great fun being back in the classroom to celebrate #WorldBookDay2026. Y3 and 4 pupils designed 'Bandit Bookmarks' to illustrate Bandit's Great Escape, Y5 wrote poems about their pets, and Y6 wrote amazing stories. Well done Durham Blue Coat Junior School! #PuppyLove #DogLover

Two strangers sharing a flat, one by day and the other by night, seems crazy, yet with Beth O’Leary’s deft touch and perfectly balanced subplots, this is romantic comedy at its best. I love Tiffy and Leon's growing friendship via post-it notes, such fun! #TheFlatShare #BethOLeary

What a fabulous article in @TheNorthernEcho praising my workshops and books #kissofthetsunami & #banditsgreatescape! A friend gave me the newspaper cutting and it made my day. Great to be known for my '#engagingnovels' and 'interactive and educational workshops'. #childrensbooks

Isn't this pretty!🤩I asked kids to describe their favourite book in a word or short phrase during my recent creative writing workshop for a Festival of Local Authors.📚Great answers like twists and turns, tension and suspense. #WorldBookDay #amreading #creativewritingprompt
