Most hitters spend all their time on the swing.
But the swing is a byproduct
- Of the load.
- The launch.
- The decision.
- The timing.
- The plan.
Ready is the pause. Quick is the trigger. Body, hands and barrel fire like a mousetrap. ๐ฅ
