Dickerson is the domino effect which will cause Philly to roll further void years into current players, virtually guaranteeing they're on the roster until 2030+. One single players drop in performance, retirement, injury, will cripple them for 4+ years. Their lack of depth is already apparent. Rosemans only prayer is that the NFL salary cap literally doubles in size, and he's banking on TV contracts for it to happen. The main problem with this is the streaming platforms. CBS, FOX, and ESPN are growing increasingly concerned with the amount of exclusive games the streaming services are being awarded, with the TV channels demanding the NFL reduce the likability factor of most of these games. However, Netflix and Amazon are already finished with their streaming trials, they're ready for a heavier load. All of this to say, the NFL will always end up on top, but it's highly likely there will be some internal temporary casualties. A moneyball type film will be made out of this scenario one day.
