Herbert, if he has been arrested for the public comments on Widdecombe, should not have been. Freedom of speech is a treasured right that should be afforded to our opponents, too. However, these men are seriously dangerous & deranged & don’t belong in or near any women’s spaces

Glorifying terrorism is a criminal offence, under the terrorism act. Herbert deserves this, the 3 of them deserve this.

I understand the rationale, however, at the time at which Herbert posted, the Police had not even confirmed that they were investigating the death of Widdecombe for any suspected foul play. This came significantly later, which a good defence lawyer will easily illustrate.

Yet his post refers to a very specific form of violent death. The timings will become relevant I’m sure. Including exactly what he knew, when and how he knew it.

Agreed, & this may not be the only communications in question. However, Herbert is not some well connected svengali or master-criminal. He’s a well renowned narcissistic dilater of ill-repute & strange comportment…
