@Jabra_US I just got this Jabra Engage 55 mono and I have to say that this hardware/software is horrible At least 1 call a day when I press the answer button well within the 6 second answer window, it IMMEDIATELY goes to "Call not answered in Cisco Finesse. My guess is your software is slow to accept the call from Finesse and then slow to send the reply. This flat out sucks.
