Most people telling you to “study your audience” have never explained how to actually do it. Working backend as an SMM in Web3 taught me it’s less about numbers and more about behavior. A few things I’ve noticed while managing communities: 🧵

omo, don’t be deceived though. karma doesn’t catch up with people like that. just because this particular guy needs help, doesn’t mean everyone who wronged you will go down too. you go wait tire, the best thing you can do is to level up. to guide na self defense.

When people hear “VIP” on a crypto exchange, the first things that usually come to mind are: ➢ Huge balances. ➢ Massive trading volume. ➢ High entry requirements. @MEXC VVIP takes a different approach. With the relaunched system, eligible users start with an M-Score of 350 and enter the Standard tier without first needing to meet a specified asset balance or trading-volume requirement. But the interesting part isn't just getting into Standard. It’s understanding how M-Score connects your activity to your membership and benefits. So you don't need to be a whale to have access😋 Here’s the part most people should know 👇

there are two ways to launch an nft. give everyone a whitelist and tell them to mint. or make the nft part of the ecosystem you’re already building. mintabear is taking the second route. some bears are tied to activity on @PlayOnMint. then the bear itself has progression, raffles and royalty mechanics. the collection isn’t sitting outside the product. it’s plugged into it.

So guys, I should've done this sooner, but better late than never I guess. @SolanaFloor is a Solana-focused media platform covering the ecosystem, markets, and everything happening around Solana. It's also a subsidiary of Jito. One of their shows is Trading Floor, hosted by Finn (@solace_fm) and Thomas (@Thomasbahamas). The JTX clips I've been posting over the last few days are from the first episode of the show, which aired towards the end of July. Lucas Bruder, CEO of Jito, the team behind JTX, was the first guest featured on the show. He and the hosts talked about @jtx_trade and its features before getting into the main format of the show. Those are the clips I've been posting so far. JTX is also the trading terminal used for the show. So going forward, some clips will be from other guests talking about the wider Solana market, their trades and different market ideas. I'll still be posting clips about JTX itself from time to time too 🫡 Finn & Thomas talked about what the Tradingfloor show is all about. Finn's part was hanging, So I only clipped Thomas'👇

Okay, let's see the account pricing on @CarrotFunding. Like I mentioned in my last post, account sizes for both 2-Phase & 1-Phase challenges are the same and range from $5k - $100k. The main difference is the pricing, with the 1-Phase accounts being more expensive. The account sizes you can buy are: $5k, $10k, $20k, $50k, & $100k. Now for the prices: 👉 $5k Account ~ $65 for 2-Phase ~ $75 for 1-Phase 👉 $10k Account ~ $119 for 2-Phase ~ $129 for 1-Phase 👉 $20k Account ~ $239 for 2-Phase ~ $249 for 1-Phase 👉 $50k Account ~ $449 for 2-Phase ~ $499 for 1-Phase 👉 $100k Account ~ $699 for 2-Phase ~ $799 for 1-Phase So basically, from $5k - $20k, it's just a $10 difference in evaluation fee. $50 for the $50k account, and $100 for the $100k account. You select the account size, pay the evaluation fee, and get a simulated account for the evaluation. That's 2 stages for 2-Phase and 1 stage for 1-Phase. Trade within the prop firm's rules, reach the profit target without breaching the drawdowns, and follow the other rules which we'll get to know down the line. Pass the evaluation(s), and you move on to the funded account of same size ✅ Trade with the funded account, make profits, and keep 80% of those profits. So you're basically using a relatively small evaluation fee to access a much larger trading capital if you pass. For the 2-Phase $5k account, for example, you pay $65 for the evaluation. If you pass, you're then trading a $5k funded account, with the 10% max-loss limit giving you $500 between the starting balance and the max-loss floor. That's a pretty significant difference from the initial $65 you paid for the evaluation... About 7.5× scale up in capital 👀

The narrative behind @ANTagents using multiple agents to carry out different tasks cannot be overemphasize. Tbh, a lot of projects get the narrative right, but the community power isn’t always there. Growing a project while growing its community alongside it is one of the biggest challenges Web3 projects face. But @ANTagents seems to have figured out how to make this two important elements work together. Community growth through actively involving members in the roadmap, encouraging ideas, answering questions, and giving the community a voice is what makes ANT stand out for me. As ANT lunches it Command Center and a new $ANT token by 15:00 UTC today, a space is also scheduled by 15:10 UTC today as well, where community members can ask questions about the ecosystem, share ideas, and get more insight into what’s ahead. This isn’t just going to be another Space with random conversations. Thread contest winners will be announced. Giveaway winners will be announced. The first set of early testers will be revealed, with their contributions recognized through future airdrops. That’s what makes the difference. ANT isn’t just building a project and asking the community to watch It’s building the project alongside its community.
🐜 THE COLONY GOES LIVE Monday — Product + $ANT launch. $200 community giveaway 4 winners × $50 Like + repost + follow + drop your wallet below. Join the Space at 15:10 UTC for the live announcements and payments. Thread contest winners announced live too. The colony is moving. nitter.net/i/spaces/1qxoNYa…

over 3 years ago, an icon walked majestically into the kaspa ecosystem. everyone was curious about who this icon could be. some thought it would come and go like many others. some looked down on it, thinking it had nothing to offer kaspa. but many believed this icon was here to change the narrative. as time went by, the icon started making serious moves, launching as one of the largest memecoins on kaspa.com and eventually getting minted out. a lot of people were surprised by the growth. but the icon didn’t stop there. it kept showing love to the community, supporting those who needed it, rewarding promoters and holders, and constantly putting attention on the kaspa ecosystem. after about a year, the icon moved beyond kaspa.com and secured listings on three centralised exchanges. that was a major milestone and one that brought even more attention to the project. through everything, the icon kept standing strong. it kept building, rewarding the community and bringing more eyes to Kaspa. two of those centralised exchanges eventually turned against the project. one delisted the token, while another shut down and left with the liquidity. but $PACMAN didn’t rug. It didn’t disappear. It stayed. through all the chaos, $PACMAN kept pushing and eventually reached around a $99K market cap. Considering everything that happened along the way, that alone remains a significant milestone. and the story is still being written. so who is this icon? It’s $PACMAN @pacmankas one of the OG memecoins of Kaspa. regardless of everything that has happened, $PACMAN is still standing, still building, and still carrying the kaspa spirit. are you still fading the icon? maybe it’s time to take another look. $PACMAN ON KAS 💥🔥 the future is built by the ones who stay. #PACMAN #KAS #Kaspa

Lately, I’ve been thinking about the point system in the @Actum_system Discord community. One thing that crossed my mind was the leaderboard. With no point reset, it could be difficult for newer members to catch up with people who have been accumulating points for a long time. And if you’re new, getting into the leaderboard can feel like a very long journey. But ACTUM just introduced an update that caught my attention. 📢 Leaderboard Reward Rules Update Based on feedback and suggestions from community members, ACTUM has adjusted how points are deducted when claiming monthly leaderboard rewards. The deduction now depends on your rank for that particular month. 🏆 Rank 1–3 → 1st claim: -100 points → 2nd claim: -200 points → 3rd claim: -500 points → Maximum deduction: 500 points 🏅 Rank 4–10 → 1st claim: -100 points → 2nd claim: -200 points → 3rd claim: -300 points → Maximum deduction: 300 points So, in simple terms: Top 3 → max 500 points deducted Rank 4–10 → max 300 points deducted And importantly, the deduction is based on the rank you finish at that particular month. What I find interesting here is that ACTUM is actually responding to community feedback and making adjustments to the system instead of leaving it unchanged. For anyone competing on the leaderboard, this is definitely something to understand before claiming your monthly reward. It may not completely change the point gap between older and newer members, but it’s a meaningful adjustment to how the leaderboard rewards work. Sometimes, small changes to a points system can make a big difference in how people approach the competition. Let’s see how this plays out on the next leaderboard. #ACTUM
