Yesterday, I launched the upgrade of Biina Road to tarmac by Dott Services Limited, with works expected to take four months.
I also inspected Butabika Road and urged the contractor to speed up works and regularly sprinkle water to control dust.
Kampala deserves quality roads.

Today, I joined the CORSU Disability Walk at MUBS Playground, covering 5km in solidarity with children and persons with disabilities.
I urged families to give these children love, support and access to education. Disability should never limit a child’s dreams or opportunities.

They commended the improved pace and quality of project delivery. I emphasized strong partnerships to drive sustainable development and better mobility in Kampala.
