He says he doesnt have responsibility despite being responsible for the Commonwealths Criminal Code Act which outlines children 10 and up can be held criminally responsible at a fed level
Fed govt also has the power to override NT laws like the one that relowered the age recently
"No responsibility" for locking up kids
PM Albanese was asked why a 10 year old kid can be locked up in Jail but cannot open a social media account.
He said he has no responsibility for locking up 10 year olds.
