He was just better than everyone else at it.
I’ve done it a couple of times, but Pac’s is just liquid smooth.
Perfect height, distance, speed of rotation… Everything.
It’s already a high difficulty move, but he had it perfected to a point that it wasn’t worth trying.
I always assumed the black arrow was a move most of these flippy style guys could do but didn't out of respect for Pac's finisher but so many have come out and basically said no it's actually hard as fuck
