Since when can employers hire "as they need" even among Americans? "I need to hire that white man, but if I do, I'll be sued by the EEOC."
Complete and utter nonsense.
Businesses have never, anywhere, been free to hire “as they need.” The public authority always and everywhere limits the admission of foreigners and therefore who can be hired to work in the U.S.
What’s more, our economic dynamism and prosperity in no way depends on this imaginary freedom that simply doesn’t exist.
