Auburn's Alex Golesh on Be Who You Say You Are Mantra:
๐ Your standard isnโt what you say, itโs what you repeat.
๐ Accountability starts the engine of your culture.
๐๏ธ You donโt rise to your goals, you fall to the level of your honesty.
If you say youโre elite, prove it.

Love this answer from Jeff Choate on what heโs looking for in a new OC.
Adaptability is good but just as important is running a system. An O that has most of its plays installed before the season. Not installing new plays every week. & attacks specific areas with counter punches

Greatness has never been about finding an easy situationโitโs about dominating the one youโre in. If you want a spot, earn it. If you want greatness, stay in the fight. Champions donโt look for exitsโthey look for opportunities to prove themselves.

Coaches arenโt chasing highlight players, they want the dogs who compete. Who finish. Who refuse to break. You think itโs just about talent? Itโs not. Itโs about habits. Effort. Mindset. Be the one who sets the tone, not folds under pressure. Compete like your spot depends on it!
