🇲🇽 LO ÚLTIMO: México registra una fuerte caída en su tasa de fecundidad, que pasó de 1,9 hijos por mujer en 2019 a 1,2 en 2024, según el Inegi. La cifra está muy por debajo del nivel de reemplazo de 2,1 y alcanza niveles cercanos a Japón (entre 1,15 y 1,20 hijos por mujer). En Ciudad de México cae hasta 0,8. En 2024, los nacimientos disminuyeron 8,5 %. La presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum señaló que es necesario analizar las causas de este cambio demográfico.
