Echo 1.5.2 is on the way with a proper header when viewing a server directly, including Echo Pro controls & server/conditions access. Plus a more streamlined Share button for audio, transcription text, & translation text Pushing this week

I always remember that none of this would be possible without y’all. You funded my Apple developer license less than a minute after I launched crowdfunding, & you’ve supported Echo ever since. So yes, supporters are getting free Echo Pro codes. You helped make this happen.

You wouldn’t believe how much work goes into building something like this. I’ve been putting just about everything I have into Echo Pro lately. I’m almost there, pushing hard to release next week.

I realized I’ve never actually introduced myself here. My name is Mark, & I’m the founder & sole developer of Echo SDR. There isn’t a team behind this account or behind the app, it’s just me. I work in pharmacy for my day job, then spend pretty much every waking hour outside of that building Echo, fixing things, adding things, & figuring out what it should become next. I started building Echo last year & released it in March. Watching real people find it, use it, & stick around has been pretty surreal. I don’t have a personal X account, so every now & then you’ll probably get a more casual post from me here too. Anyway, figured I should finally say hi. Glad to meet you & I hope you’re having a great Sunday ☀️
