“One of the more disturbing parts of this whole thing was that the county attorney’s staff did not appear able to answer some of the more serious questions about what is left — what it means legally,” @ArdisWatkins said. “I was really concerned that we would have folks vote, then figure out later what the deal that they just agreed to means. I don’t think I’ve ever seen that.”
