⚡ Two changes in the SE Visible by SE Ranking prompt library: intent and funnel stage. Every prompt now carries both, and you can filter by either. → Intent. The type of question being asked: informational, navigational, commercial, transactional or local. It helps you understand what content to create, because a definition and a comparison need very different pages. → Funnel stage. How close the person asking is to making a decision: awareness, consideration or decision. It helps uncover gaps across the customer journey. If your library is heavily weighted toward one stage, you may be missing the others. The idea was inspired by @aleyda's writing on what makes a prompt library weak. Teams often track only one market, language, product line or stage of the journey, then interpret the results as if they cover everything. Both parameters are assigned automatically for now, so expect to disagree with some of them. Manual editing is coming. 📍 Try it out: visible.seranking.com/prompt… SE Visible by SE Ranking is the AI visibility platform — where, how often and in what tone AI answers mention your brand, with the competitive context to act on it.

Today we're talking about trust. Because we have some serious trust issues. Do LLMs rely enough on TRUST signals? Do users still lag in TRUSTING LLMs? Does the perception of "TRUST" discussed by SEOs/GEOs need some optimization? It's Tuesday, so LET'S CHUNK! @dodgejd wants you to trust him on this topic despite his background looking like a jail. Look for new episodes of Let's Chunk each Tuesday here and on the @SERanking social channels (find previous episodes on the SE Ranking YouTube playlists). Next up: The one, the only @glenngabe!

🔥 Social Listening is now in Planable, and it plugs straight into how you already track AI visibility with SE Ranking. Here's why that matters. Our research across 100,000 keywords found that roughly two in three Google AI Overviews cite at least one social or community source. The Reddit threads, YouTube videos, and forum answers people write are exactly what AI pulls from. So if you manage AI visibility for clients, those conversations aren't someone else's job anymore. The loop, end to end: → SE Ranking shows where each client stands in AI answers, by prompt, market, and engine → Planable's Social Listening shows the conversations feeding those answers, and how people feel about them → You spot the gap, create the content that fills it, and shape what AI has to work with For agencies, that's the part that scales: track AI visibility in SE Ranking, watch the conversations in Planable, and turn both into a repeatable reporting and content motion instead of a scramble every time a client asks. 👉 See the conversations behind your AI visibility: planable.io/social-listening…

What a week in Bucharest! ✨ Our marketing team flew in from several countries for an offsite at @PlanableApp's office — a full week of doing the work in the same room instead of across time zones. Funny thing about offsites: you come for the sessions and leave with the hallway conversations. Half the best decisions were made between them. And the part everyone had been waiting for: meeting Peter Mollins in person, now that he's running marketing across both products. Welcome to the team properly, @petermollins 🎉 Huge thank you to the Planable crew for hosting, and to everyone who travelled in! P.S. @MordyOberstein flew out before the first group photo, so he's getting his own frame. Rules are rules.

Your rank tracker knows where you rank. Search Console knows what you get impressions for. GA4 knows what happens after the click. None of them can tell you which three pages to fix first. On Tuesday we put all three behind one prompt and let it answer on screen — then send the answer to Gmail, Slack and Linear without a copy-paste. What's in the hour 1. SE Ranking's MCP server wired into Claude, live 2. One cross-reference across three sources, ranked and explained 3. The same answer delivered where your team already works Sixty minutes, demo-led, free. 📍 Save your seat: seranking.com/webinars/one-p…

AI personalization creates a weird problem for marketers: If everyone sees a different version of your content, what exactly are you supposed to keep consistent? We asked four experts: ⚡ AI is pushing more personalization. What does that mean not only for LLMs, but for digital content as a whole? Here’s how @cshel, @parthsuba77, and @AlizaVisagie see it:

In case you’re interested in how ChatGPT Ads work: they didn’t work well for us. But at least we learned a few things from the test:
We tested ChatGPT ads. Here's what we got: 97,131 impressions. 1,263 clicks. $3.16 CPC. Almost no sign-ups. It did tell us why, though. And what we'd run differently next time. ⚡ The full write-up, plus the setup we're keeping: seranking.com/blog/how-to-ad…

You can see what AI says about your brand. But do you know what's teaching it to say that? AI answers aren't built in your comments. They're built on Reddit threads, YouTube videos, and forums that never tag you. SE Ranking shows you where you stand in AI answers across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI Overviews. Social Listening in @PlanableApp shows you the conversations behind them, across social and the web. 📌 Find where you and your competitors come up, beyond where you're tagged 📌 Track the sentiment behind every mention, for you or against you Find the gap with SE Ranking, close it with Planable. Social Listening is live now, so go check it out 👉 planable.io/social-listening…

🥇 One day left to enter the first Search 'n Stuff Awards (@searchandstuff) Who it's for: agencies, in-house teams, freelancers and consultants. Three separate tracks, so a two-person freelance project isn't judged against a 100-person agency. 12 categories, including best SEO growth strategy and best AI visibility strategy in search. Then the fun part. Finalists get 10 minutes on stage in Antalya on 3 October, and winners are decided half by the jury, half by the room voting. Can't travel? Finalists can present online. ⚡ A new and exciting chapter for us: Peter Mollins (@petermollins) has joined SE Ranking and Planable as Chief Marketing Officer. He's spent his career leading marketing organizations at the fast-growing GTM tech companies like Nooks and KnowledgeTree. That also means years on the buying side of tools like ours, so he knows firsthand that marketers don't need another dashboard. They need technology that helps them decide what to do next to boost their brand visibility, and then actually do it. Search, AI, and social shape the same customer journey and are fundamentally linked. But most marketers are still forced to manage and measure them separately. Peter is here to help us change that. He will focus on three main areas: → Bringing our stacks — SE Ranking, SE Visible, and Planable — closer together so marketers can understand their brand visibility across the entire discovery journey. → Building on what we’ve learned from supporting 1.6 million customers to help more businesses and agencies strengthen their brand visibility. → Keeping customer needs at the center of our innovation, so our products solve real challenges instead of simply following market hype. Welcome to the team, Peter! We’re excited about what this next chapter will bring to our customers 💙

You report search and social separately because that's how the tools are built (not because that's how visibility actually works). So we brought them together. SE Ranking’s MCP has your rankings and visibility in AI answers. Planable’s MCP shows how each topic performed on social. Add Search Console and GA4, and you can see which topics brought people to your site and what they did once they got there. Ask Claude to group the data by topic and show where the signals agree and where they don’t. Remember: Correlation isn’t causation. But it tells you which topic deserves your attention on Monday. ⚡ seranking.com/cross-channel-…
