Secretary Rubio, DOGE, and all the other leaders who enabled the gutting of USAID will be remembered for one of the most shameful decisions in American history. Until Trump, USAID was a bipartisan force for good that saved over 90 million lives, including 30 million children under the age of five, just in this century alone.
