Well I was coughing again last night but seemed to cough less in the later period. My alarm wasn't set for getting up for church. I didn't sleep all the way through. Sometimes just laid there but was surprised to discover it was 1pm. I guess I'm catching up with sleep/rest.

I've still not put the heating on yet. It's 22c in my flat so been no need to it.

Just had a shower and got into my pyjamas and dressing gown. Sitting in my armchair with my bean bag under my feet very soothing.

Coughing again last night but got some sleep. My supermarket shopping 🛒 was delivered. I went for a walk but cut it short as wasn't feeling upto it. I saw no Dogs 🐕 but did see a cat 😺 and a squirrel 🐿️. I will just rest today. I don't think I will go to church tomorrow.

I plan to watch a load of movies over the Christmas period again. I have bought a few blu rays this year. I will also have Netflix again. I particularly want to watch 'A Dogs Perfect Christmas' made by the same author that wrote 'A Dogs purpose' and 'ADogs Journey'.

Feeling a bit more relaxed now. Reading my book in silence helped. Snoopy is with me for cuddles. Cough has started getting on my nerves in last couple of hours too.

I seem to be a bit overwhelmed this evening. I have turned the TV off as nothing I want to watch. Perhaps I'll read some of my book soon.

I decided to treat myself to a McDonald's for lunch. So I have had my burger and chips for this Friday day 😊. This cough particularly at night has been annoying but pleased to have got the essentials (mainly medical stuff) done this week.

I had my annual physical health check. Asked questions like if I smoke or drink alcohol. They took my blood pressure and my weight. Told them a bit about some of my difficulties of late with cough, thyroid and the tilt table test. It was a routine appointment for their system.

Alot of walking this morning. A 1 mile walk to the GP, a 1.3 mile walk back to the pharmacy as I needed my fortnightly meds and then another 0.6 mile walk home. I was quite sweaty. Need a rest now.

Terrible coughing again last night but I managed to get some sleep. I'm off to the GP soon for an annual physical health check. Probably be with the nurse or GP pharmacist. Usually they weigh me and take my blood pressure.

I used to get so anxious using the phone talking to strangers but since my Mum died in 2016 I have got a lot more confident with it. I think just took time and having no choice but to advocate for myself.

I received a text this morning asking me to telephone the surgery for an appointment. Usually they just send a online form to pick an appointment slot. Anyhow I phoned up and will have a telephone appointment on Tuesday to discuss this letter from cardiology.

I've filled in the GP online appointment request form and attached the cardiology letter I received today. Asking for a consultation with GP from it.

Well I had a shave after not shaving for a week because I have felt so unwell. I usually use a manual hand razor but thought I might cut myself to pieces so used the electric shaver from my emergency travelcase. Much better and it did a good job.

I went for a walk and saw 3 Dogs 🐕. 2 of which were Yorkshire Terriers. It was mild out. It was a nice walk though.
