Yup. It’s a shame he has had Brandon Staley and this defense though for most of it:

Let's see. One has an all-time great offensive HC for the past 7 yrs, one has an idiot as the HC and is on his 3rd coordinator in 4 years. Defensive ranking (Pts/g) since 2018 below. Luck matters, where one lands matters; both are equally talented.

Justin Herbert has passed for 4,000 yards or more in each of his 1st 3 seasons, including 4,739 during the 2022 season (2nd behind Patrick Mahomes of the SB LIV champion Kansas City Chiefs with 5,250). His 477 completions were 2nd behind future H.O.F Tom Brady's 490 last season.

To be dominant, IMO, winning is necessary.

I’ll say this when Herbert is on point he’s deadly as hell but in big moments he tends to fade away like Allen does btw but you can’t denied he’s hell of a QB that can light you up at any point so to people who throw up playoff wins is sad. Marino is considered a great QB lol.

Dominant...........is not the right word. He's had good stats, and he is very talented. But dominant? What has he dominated besides charts? Not a single playoff win. Obviously that's largely due to coaching and the team, but it's true.

“Dominant” means putting up big numbers and doing nothing with them? Folding with the game on the line every week? Herbert has been productive. He hasn’t been dominant

The way y’all asses have been showing this last year with all your narratives burning down to the ground. Herbert is a great QB but y’all have been treating him like a hall of fame QB and put other QBs down who’ve played better and it’s disturbing.
