So? That doesn't change anything other than Louie's introduction. It's quite simply as easy as accepting Pikmin 2 didn't happen immediately after the events of Pikmin 1, and that Olimar and Louie came back together to hear about their company's financial state.

I swear people today are allergic to nuance and believe everything has to follow exactly what was established before it without any creative liberty to mix it up. It's not a full retcon, just adding to the story.

Okay, this is the best way to explain why AI Slop is not what you think. By using AI Denzel Washington to explain it all. This is actually really good. Well written, directed and generated. It's about you not needing the studios anymore.

Dear @X & @Support. Phone screens aren't built for the video progress bar to extend to the edge of the screen. Please make it smaller so I can properly rewind a video past the 10 second mark.

If I pirated Rhyme's Content and distributed it to a platform that took viewership and subscribers from them, by your logic it wouldn't matter because what's one less viewer gonna do? Meanwhile, that literally HURTS Rhyme's situation that they are in.

I understand Nintendo and Illumination are much bigger than Rhyme is, but putting double standards above strict principles can only self destructive in the broader sense. That is why I dont support this. As far as I'm concerned, Rhyme can simply wait for the digital/DVD release.

And the core idea of Pokémon became a much bigger phenomenon outside of games. That is what Pokémon is chasing as a business. And because they are primarily a video game brand, the core of that business relies on a constant release of games

I want to reiterate, I think Pokémon is the devil and that their product is boring. I'm just explaining their methods on what I believe makes them a great company outside of that bias, because I believe understanding those aspects can help others in operating their own brand.

And that's unfortunate, yes. But if that was their focus - you might have better games - but they wouldnt be the biggest franchise on the planet for that to be a valid criticism. That is the harsh reality of Pokémon and any business in their position. Sorry.

People always resort to blocking me when I explain the reality they dont want to hear. 😔 it's especially a shame when they call me a shill for a company that I dont support simply for understanding why. I fear it keeps them in denial and away from entrepreneural growth. Oh well.

It's not about Nintendo - I hate Pokémon - It's about everyone else. Principles > Selective Double Standards If pirating is your attitude towards a big company like Nintendo, there's nothing protecting devs without as much protection from inevitably receiving the same treatment

Being against Piracy doesn't have ro mean I'm advocating for Nintendo or think their prices are fair. What I support is emulation, and it's potential if it separated itself from the piracy the internet has normalized.

This applies to all industries and entrepreneurs who own IP, not just entertainment.

People have grown FAR too desensitized to downloading ROMs and the actual value of an Intellectual Property. I will be crucified on this hill. ROMs have done TERRIBLE damage to Emulation's reputation within the industry and has substantially slowed down the emulation market.
